Coaching: a time to make positive and motivated change in your life and work.
Coaching can be a lifelong relationship, but sometimes time is of the essence, and it can benefit from being restricted to a time limit. 12 in 12 gives you twelve weeks. An exciting, challenging, motivating time where you will be personally supported to make the long-term change in a short-term time period.
12 in 12 helps you design exactly how you best want to make use of your time, in a creative and bespoke fashion.
How would you divide your twelve hours across twelve weeks?
SAMPLE ITINERARY:
Week 1 2 hours Walk around the National Gallery, defining the twelve week focus for the 12 in 12: what would you like to achieve?
1 hour Back at the office, planning strategies and actions for 12 in 12
Week 2 2 hours Meet at café to check in on first actions, review and plan next
Week 4 1 hour Zoom call to check in on subsequent actions, review and plan next
Week 6 2 hours Walk in Hyde Park, mid-point of 12 in 12, time to reflect, acknowledge successes, review and plan next
Week 7 1 hour (NB taking holidays during weeks 8-9) Zoom call to check in on subsequent actions, review and plan next
Week 10 1 hour Meet at office to check in on subsequent actions, review and plan next
Week 12 2 hours Meet at National Gallery, to check in on all actions, review the process, acknowledge successes and celebrate!
This is just an example - we will create an itinerary and programme that suits you and plays to all your strengths and preferences.
